Localization and purpose of the investment areas

Commune investment areas are located by A18 motorway Berlin-Wrocław-Lwów, directly at “Iłowa” motorway junction which connects the main road Zielona Góra-Żagań-Lubań with the motorway.
The investment areas are undeveloped, ecologically clean and dedicated to industrial development and/or to the creation of duty-free zone. Altogether there are 59,81 hectares of land, including:
PSsm 2 – 41,18 ha (parcel number 341/19, Konin Żagański area)
PSm 3 – 18, 63 ha (parcel number 1/33, Konin Żagański area)

The land may be sold as a whole or as parcels as well as it is possible to bind previously divided plots of land.

Localisation and purpose of the investment areas
Investment areas belonging to Żagań commune are located in Tomaszowo, 3 km away from Żagań,  is the area of a post Soviet military airfield, what with regard for simplified by law sales procedures brings additional assets to these areas.

Zagan is situated close to international routes, 45 km from German border and 80 km from Czech Republic. Highway A18 (Wroclaw – Berlin) is only 15 km from town. Nearest international airports are: Wrocław - 175 km, Poznań – 175 km, Berlin – 200 km and Prague – 215 km.
Communication system is very good developed. There are bus and railway connections to a plenty cities in Poland. It’s also easy to get to Berlin or Hamburg.
Telecommunication and internet access is comfortably. Also modern gas, water and electricity supply connections are prepared for investors.
About 28 thousand people live in the city. More than 60% are working actively. Unemployment shares about 15% in Zagan.
